We have decided to institute a layaway plan in order to facilitate your purchases. We have tried to make it as fair as possible to both parties involved and if you have any questions regarding these terms and conditions please do not hesitate in contacting us. Layaway applies to not only the website but also to items on TDIPT, Ranting Raven and PfattMarketplace.com. Thank you

Layaway Terms and Conditions:

Layaway is available for items totalling $75.00 or more (excluding shipping). This does NOT apply to wholesale transactions.

Terms are as follows:

If there are any one of a kind items that you would like to put on layaway please contact me for availability. This applies mostly to dolls and finished rugs. Any other items you wish to add to the layaway please contact me as some of the items are available and others will have to be made to order. All items will ship within a couple of days of the last layaway payment being completed. Layaways can be paid using PayPal , personal check or money order.

Purchases of $75.00 - $150.00 will require at least 25% percent down - minimum $25.00 with the balance to be paid within 30 days of the initial payment.

Purchases of $151.00 -$350.00 will require at least 30% percent down with the balance paid within 60 days of the initial payment.

Purchases of $351.00 and over will require at least 30% percent down with the balance paid within 90 days of the intitial payment.

*** It is required that payments be made each month on a regular basis (within 3 days) of the day that the first payment was made.

*** Once an item has been placed on layaway, you may cancel the layaway at any time as long as payments have been regular and up to date. A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged and removed from monies refunded to you. If you fail to make regular up to date payments and cancel your layaway - all monies paid in are forfeited.

All items will be held for at least 5 days awaiting the initial payment once I have received notification from you that you wish to make a layaway transaction. The items will be indicated on the website that a layaway is being processed. If the intial payment is not received within the agreed upon time the item will be put back for sale.
